1) I'd just seen my friend Malak. She's going shopping with her mother. (‘s) I think it's a typing mistake

When I was born, my parents have been living in their flat for three years. (have lived) the right answer is had been living not have ( past perfect progressive)
59) In organic farming, fruits are sprayed with chemical pesticides. (natural)

I think there aren't natural pesticides so non organic instead of organic
