فضيحة "هاينز" تكشف تقصير الأجهزة الرقابية فى التفتيش على الشركات العالمية.. صاحب بلاغ النائب العام:

بالإشارة إلى ما اذاعته بعض الفضائيات وتناقلته وسائل الإعلام والتواصل الإجتماعى حول قيام أحد المصانع بتصنيع صلصة وكاتشب غير مطابقة للمواصفات، وزج العلامة التجارية "هاينز" فيما نشر من مادة وفيديوهات ، مدعين بأن هذه اللقطات لمصنع تابع لهاينز... تود شركة كرافت هاينز توضيح الحقائق التالية:

قامت أحد البرامج التلفزيونية ببث فيديوهات مفبركة لطماطم فاسدة والزج بالعلامة التجارية لهاينز وتم نقلها عبرمواقع التواصل الاجتماعى والإدعاء كذباٌ بأنها من داخل مصنع هاينز ، لإفقاد المشاهدين الثقة فى علامتهم التجارية المفضلة

كما قام نفس البرنامج بإذاعة بعض اللقطات من مصنعنا وكذلك بعض المشاهد من مصانع أخرى لا تنتمي إلينا، حيث تم دمج المشاهد والتركيز على الطماطم السيئة لإظهارها كما لو كانت في مصنع هاينز.

وعن عمد تم منتجة الفيديوهات حتى لا تظهر جميع المراحل الحقيقة للفرز وتنقية الطماطم ، فى محاولة لتزييف الحقائق ، مما يمثل إساءة متعمدة وبالغة لسمعة الشركة بشكل يخالف الواقع ويعكس الحقائق.

تحتفظ شركة كرافت هاينز بكافة حقوقها القانونية ، وستتخذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة ضد كل من وجه هذه الإساءة والتشهير المتعمد لسمعة علامتها التجارية ومنتجاتها من جراء هذه الحملة الموجهة.

أما الخبر الخاص بتحفظ السلطات على مدير مصنع كرافت هاينز لوجود منتجات تالفة، يجب توضيح أن هذه المنتجات ليست للتوزيع، والشركة على ثقة فى نزاهة أجهزة التحقيق وتؤكد على حرصها وتعاونها لتقديم كافة المستندات لإظهار الحقيقة للرأى العام .

Corrective Statement

In regard to what has been broadcast by some satellite TV channels and reported by the local media and social media concerning a factory’s production of substandard sauce and ketchup and the appearance of Heinz in the footage, claiming that the factory is affiliated with Heinz, Kraft Heinz would like to clarify the following facts:

A television program broadcasted fabricated footage of rotten tomatoes and the involvement of Heinz. This footage was shared across social media with false claims that the footage is from within Heinz’s factory to damage viewers’ trust in their favorite brand.

The same television program broadcasted parts of our factory as well as scenes from other factories that don’t belong to us ,while mixing scenes and zooming on bad tomatoes to make it appear as if it is the Heinz factory.

The video was deliberately edited to not show all the real stages of the tomato purification and sorting process in an attempt to falsify the facts, which represents intentional and deliberate harm to the company’s reputation that is contrary to the facts.

Kraft Heinz reserves all its legal rights and will take all necessary actions against all parties that have engaged in the deliberate defamation of its brand and its products as part of this campaign directed at the company.

Kraft Heinz would like to ensure all its customers that it adheres to strict quality standards across all its products through all production stages, starting with the best authorized suppliers all the way to the final product.

As for news concerning the detainment of Kraft Heinz factory manager for the presence of damaged products on factory site, the company asserts that these products are not for distribution.
