It would be ridiculous if a sentence with 3 possible answers appeared in an exam

reached / arrived in / came to

got in is correct if you refer to the train they took to Cairo

got to (not got in) is also correct in this context.

I don`t know whether you`re a student or a teacher, but if we blindly imitate the foreigners in other stuff like their hairstyle, clothes, even bad habits, etc. why not imitate them in their language and we are the winners; it`s our career.
