This sentence doesn't imply any future facts at all as any appointment may easily be cancelled so it is not about a future fact any more if you want to choose ( will visit ) so the appropriate answer must be ( am visiting ) because the speaker himself has some arrangements even if you couldn't notice i.e . That's the way how English is spoken by native speakers .
