bos ya kbeer :D belnsba lel BUE, full scolarships are offered to 5 out of the top 100 of thanawya 3ama students and they are offered by MFK foundation; but, for any one who get more than 100% at thanwya 3ama butnot from the top hundred, he will get 50% scholarship and should get A+ every year to attain the scholarship :D
(for your information, BUE has one of the best staff among private universities. you also get two certificates; one from the BUE and one from LU at UK)
