مجمع البحوث الإسلامية يرفض بالإجماع تجريم الختان (الله اكبر)

رفض مجمع البحوث الإسلامية بالأزهر توقيع أي عقوبة جنائية علي إجراء عملية الختان وأن يخلو أي قانون من تجريم العملية ويكفي تقرير ما في الختان من مضار فقط.

وذكرت مجلة عقيدتي أن ذلك جاء علي خلفية مناقشة مجلس مجمع البحوث الإسلامية لقانون المرأة والطفل الذي وضعه المجلس القومي للأمومة والطفولة ورفض مجلس مجمع البحوث المادة الخاصة بتجريم الختان علي اعتبار أن هذه المادة فيها مخالفة شرعية.

كما قرر المجمع أن يتضمن القانون عبارة "بما لا يخالف أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية".

وكانت لجنة البحوث الفقهية بمجمع البحوث بالأزهر قد ناقشت بنود القانون علي أكثر من جلسة وانتهت إلي بعض التعديلات كان أهمها بنود عملية الختان وتم عرض قرارات اللجنة علي جلسة المجمع الخميس الماضي.

واستمرت المناقشات حول القانون أكثر من ثلاث ساعات وانتهي المجلس إلي قرار ما رأته لجنة البحوث الفقهية.
