It`s simply, and in most cases, the same as the difference between In and AT (when used alone), whether they refer to time or place

يتهئ لى إن الفرق يكون بين أولا

at - in

وليس at which - in which

الفرق بين in - at

You meet somebody at the meeting
(you may not be participating)

You learnt a lot in the meeting
(you took part)

أما لو بتسأل عن جمل الاختيار التى تحتوى على at which - in which الموجودة فى Unit 13 فالحل يكون كالاتى

1. Dr. Aisha used to go with her father to meetings (at which – of which – to which – for which) she learned to read and write

طبعا هنا لأنها كلنت تحضر فقط وشجعها هذا الحضور على تعلم القراءة والكتابة ولاتوحى الجملة أنها إشتركت فى المناقشات

.

Last week, we had a meeting, (at which – for which – on which – by which) we found out about next year's school trip

أعتقد أن واضع الامتحان لن يضع الاختيارين فى جملة واحدة حتى لايربك الطالب

1. She's written an article (of which – with which - in which – in where) she describes the problems facing our country.

الاجابة هنا كذلك - ليس لها علاقة بـ in which - الاختيار تم لأننا نقول in the article وليس of/with the article
