Rahma, u seem so sweet and a hard worker, mashaAllah
I think u should go ahead and take the challenging one, which i think is 3elmy as long as u know that you are going to have time for worship and being close to Allah (swt) cuz i know some of my cousins who live in Egypt right now; almost all of them go to 3elmy and they end up not praying on-time and rushing through thier worship (3ibada) they end up in medical school and stuff ..which seems like a success but u have to recognize that this success is only success in Duniya and it's all from Allah (swt)..duniya success isn't what we should be heading towards, instead, we should be going for the success of the akhira (the day of judgement/yom al qiyama) soooo...i know i went off topic sorry but i just wanted to encourage you to do the best you can in 3elmy cuz Islam encourages success and being a successful Muslima is a great thing that you can present to Allah (swt) and at the same time, it's all up to you...it's your choice and life and no one is going to make decisions for you, but whatever u pick, make sure it's something that you really like and enjoy doing because this is what you are going to be doing for the rest of your life, inshaAllah I wish you a great success and enjoyment. May Allah (swt) guide you to the right choice for you and the peaceful religion of Islam...
