كيف يستعدالطالب للامتحان ؟

قلق الأبناء وعلاجه

الشعور بالخوف والقلق عندما يقترب الامتحان هو شعور طبيعي ينتابكل طالب لأهمية تلك الفترة بالنسبة له ولمستقبله وللمحيطين به من الأهل لذلك فقليلمن القلق ضروري لتشجيع الطالب على المذاكرة والاستعداد الجيد للامتحان ، ولكن إذاارتفع معدل القلق لدرجة معينة يمكن أن يسبب مشكلة حيث أن القلق الزائد يوتر أعصابالطالب ويؤثر على مذاكرته وقد يربكه ويضعف قدرته على الفهم والحفظ والتركيز كذلكفهو يؤدى عادة إلى إضعاف الشهية وسوء التغذية وإضعاف نشاط الجسم .
وقد يصاب الطالب ببعض الأمراض الجسمية كالشعور بالصداع والدوخةوالمغص
ولتجنب القلق الزائد يجب على الطالب أن يستذكر دروسه من بداية العام الدراسي وبانتظام ولا يقلق من الامتحان القلق الزائد وكل ما يحس به هو قلق عادى يشعر به اى إنسان عنده امتحان كما يجب الاعتماد على الله سبحانه وتعالى وذلك لأن الله قد أمرنا بأن نعمل ما في وسعنا ثم نتوكل عليه بعد القيام بواجبنا حق قيام كما يجب أن تكون هناك ثقة بالنفس ، ولا داعى من تناول المنبهات كالقهوة والشاي خلال فترة الامتحانات حتى يحتفظ الذهن بصفاءه والأعصاب بهدوئها والجسم باتزانه .
- وفي النهاية عليك بالالتزام بالأدعية الآتية :
قبل المذاكرة: اللهم إني أسألك فهم النبيين و حفظ المرسلين و الملائكة المقربين ، وأن تجعل ألسنتنا عامرة بذكرك وقلوبنا بطاعتك و أسرارنا بخشيتك إنك على ما تشاء قدير ، يا معلم ابراهيم علمني ، يا مفهم سليمان فهمني، اللهم علمنى ما ينفعني وانفعني بماعلمتنى .
بعد المذاكرة : اللهم إني أستودعك ما قرأت و حفظت و ما تعلمت ، وأسألك أن ترده على عند حاجتي إليه إنك على كل شيء قدير .
يومالامتحان : اللهم إني توكلت عليك و سلمت أمري إليك لا ملجأ و لا منجى منك إلا إليك .
عنددخول القاعة : رب أدخلني مدخل صدق و أخرجني مخرج صدق واجعل لي من لدنك سلطانا نصيرا .
قبل البدء بالإجابة : رب اشرح لي صدري و يسر لي أمري و احلل عقدة من لساني ، يفقهوا قولي ، بسم الله الفتاح ، اللهم لا سهل إلا ما جعلته سهلا و أنت تجعل الحزن إذا شئت سهلا ، سهل لنا أمورنا و ارحمنا برحمتكيا أرحم الراحمين .
أثناءالامتحان : لا حول و لا قوة إلا بالله تحول بيني و بين أخطائي .
عند النسيان : اللهم يا جامع الناس في يوم لا ريب فيه اجمع علي ضالتي لا إله إلا أنت سبحانك إني كنت من الظالمين ، يا حي يا قيوم برحمتك أستغيث رب إن مسني الضر فأنت أرحم الراحمين .
بعد الانتهاء : الحمد لله الذي هدانا لهذا و ما كنا لنهتدي لولا أن هدانا الله ، الحمد لله الذي بعزته و جلاله تتم الصالحات

بعض النصائح القيمة التى تساعد الطالب على الاقدام على الاختبار باستعداد نفسى وفكرى ونذكر منها :
1 – النوم المبكر والاستيقاظ المبكر.
2 – ترك المذاكرة قبل بدء الاختبار بساعة على الاقل, حتى يعطى راحة للعقل , يجب قراءة السؤال بعناية فائقة , ثم يجيب على الاسئلة التى يعلم صحة اجابتها, ثم بعد ذلك ينتقل الى اجابة الاسئلة التى يراوده شك فى صحة اجابته, وعليه الا يستعجل الخروج , بل عليه مراجعة اجابته, فكثيرا ما يكتشف اخطاء املائية أو كلمة ناقصة.
3 – على الطالب ألا يناقش الاختبار السابق والذى انتهى منه , لان ذلك قد يسبب له تشوشا ذهنيا فى حالة اختلاف اجابته مع بعض زملائه
