Olive oil has been used by people of the Mediterranean countries. Greece. Italy and Spain for about 4000 years. Many people have realized the healthy benefits of using olive oil instead of other oils. As well as tasting delicious and being the healthiest cooking oil, olive oil has many other uses such as cosmetics, hair conditioners and soaps. It is a preservative, it keeps fish and cheese fresh for years. Perhaps more important, is olive oil's value as a medicine. Not only can eating olive oil lowers the risk of serious diseases, such as cancer and heart disease, it can also have a healing effect on many stomach disorders and diseases. This could explain why people in the Mediterranean countries tend to live longer. It will make your food taste better and your life last longer.

A young woman is walking to her car in a car park. Suddenly, a man jumps out at her from behind. She kicks him and while he's on the floor she jumps into her car and drives away unharmed.
