يا مستر الجمله دي مكتوبه في كتاب surprise وانا اعتقد ان الاجابه الاقرب هيا i think he didn't come لان الحاله الثانيه تعبر عن استحاله لحدوث جواب الشرط في المضارع او المستقبل لعدم تحقق فعل الشرط في الماضي عشان كده مستحيل ان يساعد الان او في المستقبل لعدم مجيئه في الماضي يعني مجاش لذلك مش بيساعد ومش هيساعد ايه رأي حضرتك لان الجمله والله كل المدرسين مختلفين فيها

Firstly, both answers are wrong.
Secondly, NEVER TRANSLATE CONDITIONAL SENTENCES into Arabic before you answer them. If you do, then you`ll make a mistake.

look at the sentence first

If it refers to the future (something possible - may or may not happen), apply the first case.
If it refers to the present (talking about now - imagining something contrary to the present), apply the second case.
If it refers to the past, apply the third case.

When we say If he came, it means he DOESN`T COME, not DIDN`t COME
When we say If he had come, it means he DIDN`t COME.
