Health is the most important thing in our life because we cannot achieve any goal without being healthy . We should follow the instructions of preventing diseases to stay healthy and protected from diseases . Firstly, we should drink water regularly .Secondly,we should do sports every day . Thirdly,we should eat healthy food and we shouldn't eat too much sweets . Finally, we should go to hospital every month to check our body . When someone feel laziness about following these tips he should think about those poor sick people who wish one day without a disease . At last but not least , without health you will never taste the true meaning of life so take much care of it .
