if the problem,which i had, had a solution, i wouldn't ask your advice.
i think this is the only correct form of your sentence.And it is wrong to say "which i had had" because the past perfect is used with real past simple not false past that is used after if.

والمعنى انى شوفت السفن العابرة وفى بردو passer by يعنى عابر سبيل او شحات
