The only right answer is DRANK because his habit is to drink tea but this morning he had coffee

الاجابة هى drank
وجود this morning فى الجملة يدل ان الجملة ماضى بالنسبة لوقت اللى بنقول فيه الجملة ( دى حاجة )
تانى حاجة ان usually واخواتها من ظروف التكرار يمكن ان تعبر عن العادة فى الماضى وده بجانب انهم بيعبروا طبعا عن العادة فى المضارع

The correct answer is:

He usually drinks tea but this morning he drank coffee


Because we use the simple past tense when:


• the event is in the past
• the event is completely finished
• we say (or understand) the place /or time( this morning) and of the event


In general, if we say the time or place of the event, we must use the simple past tense; we cannot use the present perfect.
Here are some more examples:
• I lived in that house when I was young.
• What did you drink for breakfast this morning?
• John drove to London on Monday.
• Mary did not go to work yesterday.
• Did you play tennis last week?
• I was at work yesterday.
