Many of us have bad habits and we should try so hard to get rid of them . Some people like staying up all night without doing anything benefit . Other people smoke cigarettes every day . Many people like watching TV. for many hours . Millions of people especially teenagers spend many hours on unimportant websites like Twitter and Facebook . Those bad habits and many other habits waste our time , money and health . Therefore , we should try so hard to stop them before we grow up and stopping them becomes an impossible matter . Finally , Life is too short to waste it in doing bad things regularly .
