In unit 3 (Energy), the book considers nuclear energy as non-renewable energy. Strange!! I don't know how.. What do you think, Mr. Esam? In the old course, it was definitely a renewable source of energy and this is what I believe

Perhaps the information in the old course was not that accurate. As you know, nuclear power depends on uranium, which is definitely non-renewable - Thank you

Yes this is right.. But I thought that the nuclear power is produced when atoms split or join together and this fact makes it renewable

Though it is not explicitly mentioned in the textbook, the atoms here are the atoms of uranium. The fact is that few natural elements have atoms that will split in a chain reaction that happens in nuclear power stations to generate nuclear energy
