we use between for two or for more than two to refer to individuals . for example my house is located between two cities . and look , Egypt is located between Libya , Sudan and The Red Sea . so Egypt is located between three or four or more than two countries . and look , I didn't decide which university I could join between Alex,Cairo or Ain Shams University
but among compares groups only
