CT SCAN OF THE LUMBOSACRAL SPINES REVEALED:

1- Straightening of lumbar spine denoting back muscle spasm.

2- L4-5 showed diffuse disc bulge intending thecal sac and comprising both neural exit foramina.

3- Normal scanned apophyseal joints.

4- Normal width of the bony spinal canal.

5- No abnormal Para-vertebral soft tissue.
