Jihadi leader: Paying money to Zakat House haram

Yasser al-Serry, a jihadi leader living in London, said that giving alms to the Zakat House that President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi agreed to establish a few days ago is haram, and called for a boycott to anything that supports Sisi.
“Sisi will take the money to increase government resources instead of spending it on the poor and other legitimate channels,” Serry posted on Facebook. “No alms should be given to an unjust ruler.”
