Nearly 90 per cent of the world's internet users are in the developed countries which together comprise 16 percent of the world's population . In Africa and the Arab State, they constitute only 1 per cent of the total , thus revealing that are large percentage of the world's population remains isolated from the technological advances and is still living in the pre-information age
