The spiders were neither guardians nor a curse. The ancient egyptian tomb was the only place , they could live in. But when people disturbed them, they reacted against that disturbance.

The spiders were neither guardians nor a curse but they resorted to that place thousands of years ago when the climate changed and the desert became drier they resorted to that place because it was a suitable environment. it was cool ,safe ,dark , away from people and with plenty of food
