Both choices are wrong. I think it is a wrong sentence. I have never come across a structure like this that.

HIM would be vague (is it another person rather than Ali or is it Ali himself) so it is not acceptable + it is not a common structure.

marry is not used with reflexive pronouns. Other verbs that belong to the same category: avoid, embrace, face, help, kiss, meet, etc. These verbs require two or more people doing the action.

So, Old Ali has got (……… / him / himself) married at last.
