we have to admit that the teacher has been neglected for so long and that the whole society closed eyes on the upside down conditions which the teacher face .How can an opressed teacher -with a 300-monthly salaryand who has to support his family , take puplic transport and visit doctors from time to time for his sick children-can be a model or an example for his students?.how can this happen with this very limited income?
