Dear Mr. Ahmed,
In A-Level, I allow with my students to give more than one answer in the rewrite as long as they are correct.
We can say this about sentences 1 (could be Past Simple and this is how it was answered in the Evaluation Guide - Yours using Past Perfect is also correct)
Sentence 2 is a reported question and yours is wrong because we can never use DO / DOES / DID as auxiliary verbs except in negative sentences.
Sentence 3 Mine is correct and we can consider Yours also as a correct answer, but why not use NEED?
I disagree with you about NO.4
Firstly: Symphony is a countable noun (as you see it in the plural form) so we cannot use MUCH with it.
Secondly, Beethoven is dead, so we cannot use Present Perfect with him at all. It should be Past Simple.
