There's no argument that the answer could be anything but A FEW MORE

[no comparative] is only for the first meaning of FEW
There are a lot of other meanings with examples using FEWER and FEWEST under the same entry of FEW
Secondly
A FEW is used because the noun is countable
MORE is used because we have THAN in the sentence
Thirdly
