الاجابة الصحيحة هى have known زمن المضارع التام الذى يستخدم اذا كان الفعل بدأ فى الماضى وما زال مستمرا فى الحاضر ومعرفتهم لبعض بدأت وما زالت مستمرة اما الماضى التام had known يستخدم مع فعل انتهى قبل بداية فعل اخر فى الماضى
I had done my homework before I went to bed.
اى انى انتهيت من القيام بواجبى المنزلى قبل ذهابى للنوم
لعلى اكون وفقت فى توضيح الامور

ده رد محرر لونجمان علي السؤال ده

The knowing took place before the decision, so the past perfect should be used: had known. That is how I would answer it in the absence of any more context.
However, a native speaker might use the present perfect if they know that the decision was made but the marriage didn’t take place yet (as if the sentence were “They’re going to get married although they have known each other for only five months”). So it’s possible that you would hear such a construction from someone.

دى اجابتى اللى انا مقتنعة بيها جدا جدا لان السؤال ده بالظبط حليته فى مذكرة المستر اللى بيدينى وعلمهالى صح وانا كمان مقتنعة بيها وهاقنعك بيها
اولا الاجابة هى had kown وياريت حضرتك تاخدها بالمعنى
يعنى هما عرفوا بعض من 5 شهور يبقا ده (الحدث الاول ) وبعدين قرروا يتزوجوا الاسبوع اللى فات يبقا ده ( الحدث التانى )
وعليك ان تضع الحدث الاول فى زمن الماضى التام وزمن التانى فى زمن الماضى البسيط
وترجمة الجملة كلها هى انهم قرروا الزواج الاسبوع الماضى بالرغم من انهم عرفوا بعض من 5 شهور
(وبعدين ليه بعض الناس حطيت فيها becouse ياريت منحرفش الجملة ونحلها زى ما هى لان اصلا لو حطيناها متنفعشى ومتمشيش وياريت كل حاجة نيجى نحلها نحلها بالمعنى والفم مش مجرد حافظين قاعدة وبنطبقها مش عارفين اهم حاجة واول حاجة تعملها انك تفهم الجملة وتعرف كمان استخدام الازمنة )
ولان بصراحة ناس كتير مختلفين فيها وسألوا فيها كتير عشان كده رجعت بصيت تانى فى مذكرتى وفعلا لقيت المستر مصححهالى صح وانا كنت حلاها باقتناع جدا ولكن للتأكيد برضو هسأل فيها المستر تانى الحصة اللى جاية وافهم منه اكتر واكتر واجيلكم باخر الاخبار مع احترامى للجميع

من رأي ان اجابة الجملة دي هو have known وليس had known لان المعرفة لم تنتهي حتي الان

If "How" is followed by "an adjective", you should use "a/an" in front of the "noun".
e.g. How significant a role did he play in your life?
How (a big piece / a piece big / a small piece / big a piece) do you want?
