WHo's responsible for the proctors demise ?
Is it ZAKI BADR and his strict policies which obligated a lot of teachers to attend the examinations despite their critical health conditions ?!
What can you call the minister who deprives HIS SICK MEN of being hospitalized ?
Why is official excuse from proctoring duties unfairly banned ?
Is it the proctoring hectic exam schedule that had some of our colleagues overseeing exams from 9 am to 4 pm?
Is it the dehumanizing and degrading proctoring or overseeing conditions ?
Is it the recent heat wave that resulted in the demise of the proctors in consecutive days ?
Is it the fate that takes the blame for those tragedies ?
Will the respected minister accept full responsibility for the tragic end of our brothers and resign ?
I know the real reason behind every calamity that mercilessly befalls teachers : We are always humiliated in every possible way !! Rarely do we take any serious actions to rectify the situation ?
HE WHO NEVER SHOWS ANY RESISTANCE TO HUMILIATION WILL FIND IT EASY TO BE DEGRADED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

الحمد لله
أنا أفضل الاستقالة والعمل الخاص بسبب تعنت الادارة والاداريين

ولكن في نفس الوقت أرى أنه تخلي عن الواجب

فما هو الحل الله أعلم

the real calamity isn't that we are humiliated, no.. it's that we have adapted ourselves to be treated like this.
all guilds have their decisions to reject injustice but ours seem don't have one.
the government men do all their best to rectify the education process regardless the rights of their pro grammes executors.
لاحول ولا قوة الا بالله
